Members of Home Problem Club, [Tokyo].  Home Problem Club Cook Book.  [Tokyo]: Home Problem Club,  A cookbook from the expatriate community in Japan with recipes for Americans; many recipes identify their contributing Club member. Dark green cloth over thin boards (flexible), black lettering to front cover, recipes by course including section of Recipes by Members which has tips for Americans adapting to life in Japan, advertisements at front and rear for businesses from Tokio/Tokyo and Yokohama. Not dated, about 1922; a list of additional cookbooks at rear includes one first published in that year. .  5" x 7-1/4"; 141+ pp.  Light wear to board corners and top/bottom of spine, visible ring on front cover, lacking small corner of first leaf (clipped, with no lost text), no inscriptions, light toning to paper, one recipe with annotations in light pencil, one leaf with tiny closed tear along bottom edge.  Very Good condition.

A scarce title. OCLC reports three holdings of an earlier 1914 title from the Club (along with holdings of a 2019 digital reproduction). It also reports but a single holding of this title, at the Texas Woman's Universirty Library.
