Unpublished deluxe custom binder of promotional materials describing the Company, its history, projects and capabilities, issued in support of a proposal for work, most likely in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia?). Red cloth binder, gilt Chevron logo to front panel. No title to cover or title page, text on card stock followed by 8 exhibits. First page is Statement by George M. Keller, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, Standard Oil Company of California, and bears his original signature at bottom. Introduction and Contents are followed by 27 page text (all printed front side only), and including two original color photographs pasted in. Each Exhibit is laid into a separate pocket, Two have additional pastedown color images. Pages are three-hole punched and attached with three screw-posts vitible from rear.  10-3/4" x 12-1/2"; Binder lightly sunned across top of rear panel, little wear..  Very Good + condition.
